Explore Homeschool Curriculum in Homeschool Castle

Untitled Document

Hi, welcome to Homeschool Curriculum Castle - where your dreams come true and your questions are answered!

My name is Grandpapa. I am the keeper of the castle and also your personal guide! Homeschool Curriculum Castle is my haunt and my passion. Stay close to me as we explore the portals, halls, passages and dungeons of Homeschool Castle.

Remember, homeschooling is not for the ignorant or faint-hearted.

Also, keep in mind:

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

By the way, let me warn you ahead of time. I do not always wear the same hat.

  • My conversational hat (see picture above) is easy to follow.
  • My academic hat calls for focused concentration and my
  • satirical hat may make you smile and wonder
  • .

So, stay alert and don't loose sight of me! Being lost in Homeschool Curriculum Castle is not a joke!

Before we start our journey I must explain three important points:

  1. Homeschool Castle is huge! No one can ever explore it fully in one visit. It is only as you come back time and again that you will become familiar with it and be able to benefit fully from the many treasures hidden in its secret places.

By the way, new rooms and secret passages are frequently discovered. Subscribe to the RSS-feed of the Homeschool-Curriculum Castle Blog and I will make sure that you are informed of new developments before the rest of the world hears about it.

  2. There are many portals into Homeschool Castle. Each portal leads to rooms filled with highly relevant homeschool information. You may enter the castle through any portal, at any time, but at first it will be best if you stick with me. Once you know your way around you may wish to explore on your own.

Let me whet your appetite by mentioning just four of the many portals into Homeschool-curriculum Castle:

    • The Homeschool Curriculum Portal leads directly into a maze of secret passages and hidden cubicles. Some contain caskets full of precious program and homeschool jewels. Others are inhabited by awful dragons that waste your time and eat your money.
    • Homeschool Castle has many steep stairways and dark dungeons. If it were not for the Support and Encouragement Portal many weary visitors would faint or languish away.
    • The Brag Portal leads to your personal hall of fame. This is where you showcase your child's achievement or your own creative homeschooling ideas.

3. Finally, Look out for the secret code. Each portal has a secret code hidden somewhere. If you think you have found it, enter it into the 'secret code form' on your computer. For every secret code that you enter correctly, you become eligible for a 'not so secret' gift from my very own treasure chest of homeschooling wisdom.

Now, that is enough 'chatter' from Grandpapa. Follow me as we hop, skip and jump into the Homeschool-FAQ's Portal
