The Consulate Portal of Homeschool Castle

Welcome to the Consulate Portal of Homeschool Castle! The Consular section of Homeschool Castle is similar to the Embasies section in that it supplies information about and focuses on the needs of a specific sub-group of the homeschooling community. It differs from the 'Embasies' section in that it does not have national or geographic boundaries. The interest groups featured in the consular section can be found in many locations around the world. In many instances they also employ a variety of homeschooling styles and approaches in their homeschooling practice.

The bonding factor, however, is a common philosophical (even theological) basis. Frequently this basis is linked to the teachings and practices of a specific church or non-church organization.

A further characteristic of the organizations featured in the consular section is that they have frequently spawned a variety of agencies, or services that support their main thrust. In some cases a full education program, up to university or even postgraduate level, a medical support system, a youth leadership program, etc have been established. The sub-programs may, or may not, relate to or involve homeschooling efforts.

The main point that I am trying to emphasize is that one will usually find a cluster of services and sub-organizations in each of the consular rooms of Homeschool Castle. The Consulate Section of Homeschool Castle is a new and developing Division of Homeschool Castle.

A number of organizations have indicated their interest in establishing consular relations but have not yet put action to the word.

Invitation

As spokesperson and representative of Homeschool Castle, I would like to invite anyone with information on any organization that should be featured as a full fledged and fully accredited Consulate in Homeschool Castle to please submit such a request through the submission form below.

I will personally follow up on any suggestions to facilitate the registration.
